Acer America has just announced the launch of the 'new and improved' Aspire M and X Series consumer-grade desktop PCs. Both of these systems have an entry-level feel, an all-black design, and provide to provide 'the essentials for personal productivity and digital entertainment'.
The M Series mid-tower comes with a base price tag of $500 and features an Intel Core i3 or AMD Athlon II X4 processor, up to 6GB of RAM and 1TB of storage space, and a DVD writer, while the more compact X Series starts at $398 and boasts a Pentium Dual Core or Athlon Ii X4 CPU, 4GB of RAM, a 500GB or 1TB hard drive, and a SuperMulti optical drive.
Both desktops should already be hitting North American stores.
