Another ROG treat baking in Asus' ovens is the G53SX, a gaming laptop based on Intel's Huron River platform boasting a 15.6-inch display which allows for glasses-free 3D viewing as well as for a mixed mode where one window shows 2D content while another one has 3D video/images.
Design wise, the incoming laptop is pretty gamer-friendly, having a 5-degree inclined keyboard that ensures a comfortable operation, a rubber-coated palm rest and two rear exhausts that push heat outwards and away from the user.
The G53SX is equipped with a Core i7 processor, a GeForce GTX 560M 2GB graphics card, and a 'solid state hybrid drive that runs at approximate 10,000 RPM speeds'. We're not sure about the latter, it may be an SSD/HDD setup cause it's doubtful there's actually a 10K RPM drive used. Pricing info is missing at this time.
