TUL Corporation, through its PowerColor and Vertex3D brands, today announced the the very first Radeon HD 6870 X2 cards but they won't be the only dual-Barts solutions available as Club 3D has jumped out of nowhere to say it too will release such a card.
Seen below, Club 3D's Radeon HD 6870 X2 makes use of a dual-slot cooler with two fans and five copper heatpipes, and packs 2240 Stream Processors, a GPU clock of 900 MHz, a 2 x 256-bit memory interface, a memory frequency of 4200 MHz, dual-DVI, HDMI 1.4 and dual mini DisplayPort 1.2 outputs.
According to Club 3D, its dual-headed Barts-based card will become available in the first week of July bearing a price tag of $469.
