Fujitsu Japan today unveiled its own keyboard-equipped tablet PC based on Intel's Oak Trail platform, the 10.1-inch LifeBook TH40/D. Coming in late June, this mobile device has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, it's powered by a 1.5 GHz Atom Z670 processor and it runs Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.
Fujitu's tablet PC measures 274 x 188 x 17.4 ㎜, it weights 1.1kg and boasts an LED-backlit (1024 x 600) touchscreen, 1GB of RAM, an 120GB (4200 RPM) hard drive, stereo speakers, a 0.3 megapixel camera, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, and SD card slot, USB 2.0 and HDMI ports, plus a 23Wh battery allowing for up to 6 hours of operation.
The LifeBook TH40/D is currently listed with a price tag of 79,800 yen (about 987 USD).
