I-O Data today revealed a 20-inch widescreen monitor which goes by the name of LCD-AD202XW-P and utilizes a hardened glass panel. The extra-durable glass is resistant to scratches and fingerprints so you don't have to worry about leaving any marks on it. Just be careful not to drop it.
Coming early next month with an all-white coating, I-O Data's display has a native resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels, a 5ms response time, 250 cd/m2 brightness, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, D-Sub and DVI inputs, two 1W speakers, and an 'Eco' mode which allows for power saving of up to 42%.
The LCD-AD202XW-P is backed by a three-year warranty and costs about $495.
