Two weeks, that's how long we're (apparently) supposed to wait until the release of the rumored but still not announced Droid X2 smartphone from Motorola. The incoming device is said to run Android 2.3 and should be available for pre-order as of next week (May 19 to be exact).
The Droid X2 doesn't change much in terms of design over its predecessors but there are still loads to get excited about - a 4.3-inch qHD (960 x 540) touchscreen, a 1 GHz Tegra 2 SoC, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera (can do 720p recording) with dual-LED flash, 8GB of built-in storage, an SD slot (8GB card included), an FM radio, a HDMI output and a 1540 mAh battery.
Oh, and if you're wondering, Verizon will carry the Droid X2 in the US.
