NEC Japan has just revealed some of its newest computing creations, some laptops, a desktop, and also a business-oriented slate (tablet PC) which is based on Intel's Oak Trail platform and runs Microsoft's Windows 7 Professional (32bit).
Named VersaPro VT, NEC's slate has a 10.1-inch (1280 x 800) multi-touch display, a 1.5 GHz Atom Z670 processor, 2GB of RAM, GMA 600 graphics, a 64GB solid state drive, 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, and a removable battery.
NEC is supposed to introduce the slate in September.
