Expected to become available in Russia any day now, Samsung's 305V 15.6-inch laptop has also found its way onto the sites of US stores. The 305V is part of the recently-announced Series 3 family and is Samsung's first mobile solution powered by AMD's A-Series (codename Llano) APUs.
Available in two configurations, 305V5A-A01 and 305V5A-A02, the 305V laptop features an LED-backlit (1366 x 768) display, 4GB of RAM, a DVD writer, a 4-in-1 card reader, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 6-cell battery, and comes pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.
The 305V5A-A01 cost $535.05 and packs a A4-3310MX APU (two x86 cores @ 2.1 GHz, Radeon HD 6480G graphics) and a 320GB hard drive, while the 305V5A-A02 is priced at $580.48 and boasts a A6-3410MX APU (four x86 cores @ 1.6 GHz, Radeon HD 6520G graphics) and a 640GB HDD.
