Despite the fact that this year is all about Battlefield 3 (and CoD Modern Warfare 3) SteelSeries is still set on releasing a couple of headsets bearing the Medal of Honor brand, the MOD Edition 5Hv2 for the PC and the Spectrum 5xb for the Xbox 360.
The two MOH-themed headsets deliver a 'FPS-optimized' sound and feature full-size earcups, a retractable, uni-directional microphone, a frequency response of 16 - 28.000 Hz, an impedance of 40 Ohms, a braided cable, and a design which allows users to dismantle them into 3 pieces for easier carrying.
The Spectrum 5xb also comes with an advanced soundscape that enables gamers to pinpoint directional sounds, and the AudioMixer which provides easy access to independent audio and voice controls.
Both the SteelSeries 5Hv2 and Spectrum 5xb MOH models will become available in June.
