AT&T has confirmed that May 15 is the official arrival date of the CeBIT-revealed Samsung Infuse 4G aka the 'Nation's Thinnest 4G Smartphone'. This device bears a resemblance to the Galaxy S II and is 8.99mm at its thinnest point, and can brag with a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen.
The Samsung Infuse 4G runs Android 2.2, it has 21 Mbps HSPA+ support, a 1.2 GHz single-core processor, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera (720p video recording), a front-facing 1.3MP camera, and a microSD slot (2GB card included and pre-loaded with a copy of Angry Birds).
The Infuse 4G is set to cost $199.99 with a two-year contract.
