If we haven't said it, we certainly though about it, that VIA's Nano processors really need (and deserve) some high(er) profile design wins. Well, it happened, as Zotac is showcasing at Computex a ZBox mini PC powered by a VIA Nano X2 (dual-core) chip.
Seen below, the seemingly beefy (12 x 12 x 4cm) compact system is supposed to offer 'high performance computing' but its specs have not been revealed. The Nano X2 line goes up to 1.6GHz so that may be the top speed of this ZBox which also features an SD card reader, Ethernet, two USB 3.0 ports, and HDMI and DisplayPort outputs.
More details about Zotac's Nano-powered mini PC should be available soon.
